iamproperty reveals UK-first tech release on the horizon

iamproperty has set its sights on its biggest year of growth so far as it prepares for several UK-first tech releases as part of its continued innovation roadmap and drive to improve the home moving process for everyone.

Working with over 4,000 Partner Agents across the UK, iamproperty is the UK’s largest residential property auctioneer and pioneer of the first end-to-end onboarding and sales progression platform. As part of its innovation roadmap, iamproperty is soon to launch industry-leading digital enhancements to both their online auction service iamsold and their movebutler platform

The latest auction service innovations include a new bidding journey to enhance the consumer auction experience, which will see a brand-new consumer facing website launch to help drive leads for iamproperty Partner Agents. The movebutler platform will also see the addition of a new Surveys module plus continued enhancements to the Conveyancing module, focussing on the provision of upfront Material Information. This will help to further speed up the entire moving process, following the huge success of movebutler’s Compliance module already being used by over 1,300 Estate Agency branches.

The company’s recent acquisition of VTUK and its innovative Openview CRM platform will also allow iamproperty to offer a complete cloud-based property software solution, enabling agents to fully automate their day-to-day operations.

A recruitment drive is underway to continue to bring the best talent to the team, with more roles currently available than ever before. In the last four months headcount has risen by 16 per cent from 300 to 350 teammates, with plans to rise to over 400 by the end of the year.

Already this year the company has celebrated multiple award wins, including the BVCA Vision 2022 Awards, The Northern Tech Awards and recognition in the GP Bullhound Top 100 fastest-growing tech companies.

Ben Ridgway, Managing Director of iamproperty, said: “We started our journey with our auction service, but our vision has always been to modernise the property market for Estate Agents and consumers. We empower our Partner Agents to succeed by offering digital solutions that save time, create real value, and meet not only their current needs but also acting intuitively to anticipate changing market conditions and customer demands. Our relationship with our Partner Agent’s means that our success is their success and we’ve paid out record fees, year on year.

“One of our key priorities is collaborating with our Partner Agents to understand the challenges they are facing and developing our solutions to support them. We recently launched our new Partner Agent Advisory Council, which is an opportunity to bring together Estate Agents who share a commitment to improving the home moving process for everyone involved and drive industry innovation. Our Tech of a Life magazine is another example of collaboration within the industry. We’ll work together to address and tackle the challenges and opportunities facing the residential property market and we’re excited to see where this takes us and our innovation roadmap.”

iamproperty was founded in 2009 to fill a gap in the market for a property auction service that benefited both Estate Agents and consumers, bringing much-needed speed and security to the market. Since then, the business has established itself as a pioneer in the property sector, with a clear vision to lead the modernisation of the property industry.
