We're excited to reveal Kerfuffle's Christmas Top 10. Don’t worry, we aren’t about to break into song! Kerfuffle’s Christmas Top 10 features the suppliers that have been recommended most on our website throughout 2020. The scores take into account the number of text reviews and video reviews received from estate agents on www.kerfuffle.com

The 10 most recommended suppliers on Kerfuffle for 2020 are…

1) Stephen Brown

2) Acaboom

What a year it’s been for the market appraisal specialists Acaboom. They’ve received accolades at each of the main industry awards including being featured in the Top 10 Marketing Innovators at the EA Masters and picking up the silver award for Best Supplier at RAN. They’ve also launched Acaboom in Your Pocket this year – a brilliant app that helps agents win instructions on the go by giving them access to Acaboom anytime, anywhere. They’ve had over 40 of their clients give them 5-star reviews, a sure sign you’re on to a winner.

3) Property Academy

Property Academy delivers measurable personal and business performance improvement for its estate agent and estate agency supplier members by helping business owners to master the issues that prevent them from realising their potential. This year they’ve taken their model online due to Covid-19 restrictions. They also delivered the industry’s biggest event of the year in a virtual form too – EA Masters. The speaker line-up and content on the day was exceptional, attracting huge names such global marketing guru Seth Godin. With almost 40 top score reviews from their members, it shows how much their members value and appreciate Peter Knight and his team going the extra mile for them.

4) Estate Apps

Award-winning digital marketing agency Estate Apps has niched in the property sector for over 12 years. Their services include website design, iOS & Android App development and SEO. They’ve also created a review distribution solution that simplifies the process of getting customers to post their reviews across multiple platforms. Their customers clearly value their work – they’re in at number 4 with 5* ratings flooding in.

5) Land & New Homes

A national network that provides its growing community of non-competing estate agents with the knowledge, support and tools they need to succeed in land and new homes. It’s members clearly value the support they provide with all 27 reviews 5-star.

6) Dataloft

Dataloft Inform provides its estate agent customers with instant insight on their local property market. They bring this content to life with brilliant visuals so that agents can share it to win, convert and nurture new business opportunities and better engage with their audiences across multiple communication and marketing channels. They’re well-known in the industry, and the long list of 5* reviews they’ve collected show why. Earlier in the year they were featured in the Top 10 Best Marketing Innovations  at EA Masters. 

7) Van Mildert

Tenant referencing specialists Van Mildert have been operating in the industry for over a decade. In 2019 the business was acquired by Rightmove. The change in ownership doesn’t appear to have affected client sentiment – they’re in at number 7 on the Kerfuffle Review Leader Board with strong 5* recommendations from clients.

8) Complylex

Complylex is a compliance and best practice tool for letting agents and estate agents in England and Wales. It gives property professionals a simple, clear and concise guide to complex property law, delivering it straight to their inbox. They only joined the Kerfuffle community towards the back end of 2020 but have received lots of recommendations from users and have stormed into the Kerfuffle Review Leader Board Top 10.

9) Area

Area is a lead management tool that automatically responds to new leads, collects availability, builds a customer search profile and suggests alternative properties. It offers 50+ different features to support agents with automating and prioritising the best leads. 10) Payprop 

PayProp's award-winning cloud-based rental payment and reconciliation platform is used by thousands of agents across the country. It collects and matches rent to the right payers, speeds up the process of making outgoing payments and offers clever reporting on entire portfolios. Payprop says it makes letting agents’ lives easier, and their clients agree – they’ve clinched the number 10 spot on our leader board with all their Kerfuffle reviewers rating them 5*.
