Keysio, streamlining the sales progression process

The inception of Keysio is rooted in the personal experiences of its founders, Toby and Harry. Both encountered the complexities and frustrations of buying property as first-time buyers. They were struck by the lack of guidance and transparency in the process from their estate agents and solicitors with limited updates or understanding of what was required. The challenges in finding reliable solicitors and surveyors added to their ordeal, highlighting a clear gap in the market for a more streamlined and informative approach to property transactions.

Their paths crossed at work, where they both had careers in product development and software engineering. This shared background, combined with their personal property-buying experiences, sparked the idea for Keysio. They saw an opportunity to use their expertise to create a solution that would fundamentally transform the residential buying and seller process.

After collaborating with estate agents and solicitors to refine what Keysio would do. Their goal was to build a platform that not only made the property transaction process smoother for agents and clients but also one that would evolve with the industry's needs.

Now, as Keysio looks to expand, Toby and Harry believe it's the perfect time for agents to get involved. The recent changes in regulatory requirements, particularly regarding material information, make it an opportune moment to explore new, efficient ways of working. By joining Keysio, agents have a unique chance to not just use a cutting-edge tool, but to actively contribute to its development. This is an invitation to be part of a journey that reshapes the future of residential property transactions, making them more transparent, efficient, and user-friendly for everyone involved.
