movebutler saves agents 450 hours

Since its launch in May, iamproperty’s end-to-end moving platform movebutler has saved agents 466 hours during the onboarding process.

Movebutler enables buyers and seller to complete their information online and upfront, avoiding delays, meaning users have saved 30 minutes on each new client onboarding – equivalent to 62 days.

iamproperty Managing Director, Ben Ridgway, said “in just over a month, movebutler has saved our agents a huge number of admin hours on over 900 onboarding journeys. The movebutler system is fast, easy to use and has a 95% success rate where customers require no intervention.

The 5% of clients that require extra support were taken care of by our team of movebutlers – our inhouse onboarding specialists. “

As we move into October iamproperty prepares to launch its movebutler conveyancing module, which will support upfront legal preparation, aligning Estate Agent and Solicitor AML processes to avoid duplication, all visible on one dashboard and offering a time saving of up to 4 weeks on completion.
