NEW: Visi.homes lets agents showcase nearby listings

PropTech launch

VisiProperties launches Visi.homes, giving estate agents a smarter way to showcase nearby listings

VisiProperties has announced a significant evolution of its QR.Properties proposition with the launch of Visi.homes, a location-aware, image-led portal for kerbside property discovery.

VisiProperties has launched Visi.homes, introducing a new way for buyers to discover and compare nearby listings directly from the kerbside.

The new portal builds on VisiProperties’ QR.Properties proposition and is accessed via a single, agency-wide QR code on property boards.

Designed to be intuitive, location-aware and image-led, Visi.homes transforms how buyers explore nearby homes, particularly in areas with multiple boards, flats or dense local stock.

One QR scan can instantly show buyers nearby agency-specific listings, giving them faster clarity at the moment their interest is highest.

How Visi.homes works

Visi.homes instantly displays a list of nearby agency-specific listings from a single QR scan.

Buyers can browse information for each listing, helping them quickly understand what is available nearby and how each property compares.

  • Price
  • Thumbnail image
  • Price paid history, where available
  • Floor area
  • EPC details
  • Direct listing link on the agent’s website

There is also a map view of nearby properties, enabling prospective buyers to see property locations in relation to where they are and gain neighbourhood context at a glance.

A more controlled buyer journey for agents

For estate agents, Visi.homes offers a simple but powerful way to instantly promote local listings without additional operational effort.

By presenting nearby property information upfront, agents can help buyers make faster, more informed decisions while linking them straight to the agent’s own website listing, rather than third-party portals.

The result is a more controlled, branded and commercially valuable buyer journey.

Unlike generic QR code tools that simply link to a single webpage, Visi.homes uses location intelligence to deliver a contextual, multi-listing experience that reflects how buyers naturally explore neighbourhoods.

This creates a modern, mobile-first journey that strengthens the connection between agents and motivated buyers.

Capturing buyer intent earlier

“Estate agents want to showcase more of their portfolio of listings and provide buyers with the insight they need at the kerbside. Visi.homes does exactly that. By presenting nearby property information in a simple, image-led format, we’re helping agents capture intent earlier and giving buyers a far better understanding of what’s available around them, transforming the way property is discovered.”

Ken Mawbey, CEO of VisiProperties

With the launch of Visi.homes, VisiProperties continues to advance its mission to modernise kerbside property discovery and strengthen the relationship between estate agents and serious buyers.
