Residential People unveils new market intelligence platform

Residential People has announced the launch of its property-market intelligence platform, Prospr.

Aimed at helping estate agents capture and process more opportunities within their market, Prospr improves the data offering from partner agents, enriching the experience of prospective customers and agents alike.

Prospr’s been developed with the aim of helping agencies to send more precise marketing data to potential home movers. This, in turn, helps consumers and agents to make more informed decisions. It’s described by Jamie Osborne, National Account Director, as “a move to improve agency services, by standardising the very best in customer service”.

This property data product will see Residential People further enhance its offering as the most feature-rich free-to-list property portal businesses in the UK. Prospr will sit alongside the portal and its cutting-edge data nurturing platform, nurturingAI, to be launched soon.

Outlining what Prospr means for Residential People, National Account Director Jamie Osborne said: “Prospr is another piece in the cutting-edge data solutions jigsaw from Residential People. Our aim is to put independent agencies on a level playing field with corporate and consumer brands in an effective and affordable way. Our vision is to give our partners full access to the very latest in marketing technology and data tools, all under one roof. Used in isolation these tools will form part of an effective armoury to grow and nurture any agency business. Used in combination, however, the marketing suite of platforms will provide a comprehensive solution to all marketing needs. It’s very exciting.”

Prospr gives agents the ability to further enhance their brand by providing prospective home movers access to comprehensive property data. Alongside a market-leading automated valuation model (AVM) on its front end, Prospr produces detailed, research-driven, factual property reports for sellers and, uniquely, buyers.

The home-mover data is captured at the point of enquiry and can be nurtured within an existing CRM, or combined with nurturingAI’s powerful marketing suite, to suit partner agent’s requirements.
The website-based widget allows agents to instantly deliver accurate and targeted property valuations, powered by in-depth hyperlocal market intelligence such as sold prices, local demographics, transport hubs and more.

Who are Residential People?
International free-to-list property portal Residential People were established in 2014 by Christopher May and Nahim Rahman with over one million listings added since launch (March 2019). The concept for Residential People initially began when they became frustrated with effectively being priced out of the market by the extortionate fees charged to list their agency's properties.
