On Thursday 10th June, the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2021 announced their finalists in each of this year’s categories, with Sort Move being one for this years’ Customer Satisfaction Innovation Award, alongside companies such as Yell, Nestle Purina, Highways England and others.
The ‘innovation’ the award is based on is non other than Sort Move’s highlighted product, their Fast-Start Client onboarding. Since the product launch - end of last year (2020) – many of their agents have used Fast-Start for their client’s sale cases as it reduces the overall time to legal exchange.
The Sort Move brand was designed by estate agents, for estate agents to use, elaborating on the importance of what the client’s wants and needs are for their home moving journey. With this in mind, Fast-Start is just one of many other products/services the brand provides to their customers in order for them to operate a smooth transaction from start to end.

Not only does it shave off weeks of the conveyancing process, but it allows the Seller clients to complete all their important documentation (e.g. Client Questionnaire, Title Register and Plan, TA6, TA10 and TA7) from the comfort of their own home, safely, securely and before they even have an offer. This in turn allows for quicker time to exchange, quicker commission received and ensures happier customers overall.
A recent report in May discovered that Sales using Fast-Start averaged to exchange in 9 weeks, whereas those Sales without Fast-Start averaged to exchange in 14 weeks – a total of 5 weeks difference.
