Sort Move expands team and launches 'Sale Only'

Sort Move are excited to start their 2021 growth plans with the appointment of a new team members. Daniel Lawrence joins the team as Regional Business Development Manager and brings with him a wealth of Estate Agency experience.

They have also launched a new solution called 'Sale Only' for cases that have non related purchases involved. This new product aims to reduce some of the pressures the market is currently facing and includes a new, dedicated team of specialists from their very own in-house law firm, Sort Legal. By having a dedicated ‘Sale Only’ team, the company hopes their new feature will greatly reduce the fall-through rate and time to legal exchange.

Tom Gilbert, Head of Estate Agency Services, comments: “We’re thrilled to have Dan onboard with us, especially now as our business is expanding; I know he will bring great knowledge of the industry along with him.

"In terms of new products, I’m beyond excited to see our newest addition now available on our portal site. I know our Sale Only feature will be very helpful to clients of agents who are just looking to sell with no chain forward, especially in these times of backlogs in the current climate within the industry. I always say that a seamless journey is all our agents and their clients ever want in their home moving journey and I believe our products and services are the way forward.”

Exciting times for Sort Move. You can find out more about them here.
