Stitch AI announces new integration partnership with Alto CRM to bring WhatsApp conversations into estate agency workflows

Estate agents can now manage WhatsApp customer conversations through a shared team inbox, with messages captured directly in Alto CRM contact records.

Stitch AI has announced a new integration partnership with Alto CRM, helping estate and letting agents manage WhatsApp conversations more efficiently, professionally, and compliantly.

The integration connects Stitch AI’s official WhatsApp Business Platform solution with Alto CRM, allowing agencies to bring customer conversations into their core CRM workflow. Instead of relying on individual negotiators’ phones or disconnected messaging apps, teams can now manage WhatsApp chats through one shared branch inbox, with conversation history automatically captured against the relevant contact record in Alto.

For estate agents, the partnership addresses a growing communication challenge. Customers increasingly expect fast, convenient responses, while agencies need clear records, shared visibility, and compliant processes across sales and lettings teams.

What agents can do with the Stitch AI and Alto integration

  • Capture WhatsApp messages directly in Alto contact records.
  • Automate instant replies to new enquiries.
  • Manage customer WhatsApp chats in one shared team inbox.
  • Launch and reply to WhatsApp messages without leaving Alto.
  • Maintain a centralised audit trail for visibility and compliance.
  • Support both inbound lead handling and proactive outbound marketing.

Helping agencies use WhatsApp as a business communication channel

Stitch AI helps agencies use WhatsApp as a proper business communication channel, rather than an app spread across individual mobile phones. Through access to the official WhatsApp Business Platform, Stitch AI enables agents to manage automated lead responses, live chats, team messaging, and branch-wide WhatsApp communication from one professional system.

Together, Alto and Stitch AI give estate agents a more connected way to manage modern customer conversations. Alto provides the central CRM for contacts, activity, sales, lettings, and property management, while Stitch AI brings WhatsApp communication into the same operational flow.

Through Meta opening up a feature called co-existence, Stitch can use existing WhatsApp numbers and place those conversations into Alto. This gives the added benefit of being able to use WhatsApp as normal and continuing using the same numbers where and if applicable.

The integration is designed to help agencies respond faster, reduce the risk of missed enquiries, improve team collaboration, and deliver a more seamless customer experience.
