Excellent Customer Service
Nice to be in the zoom meeting with clear speaker and trainer. She is Madeline. Lovely and patient.
She always check my understanding and on how I am getting on. She can even read my face that I'm not sure and confused.

Easiest system we have used.
We have been with Alto for many years and were recently looking to move to a new CRM but since we have had the support from a new account manager 'Ema Wheeler' we have decided to stay with them for another year. We are hoping with her help we can stay with Alto for many more years and her work so far has been very promising. Thank you Ema.

A fantastic piece of software pacifically designed for estate agents.
We have been with Vebra Alto for a number of years, the software just keeps on growing, its user friendly for estate agents and makes makes our job so much more structured with Alto. The team are always on hand to support us and keep in contact regularly with updates etc.

Great experience from start to finish
We made the decision to move to Alto after only a couple of years with our previous supplier, so I’ll admit I wasn’t looking forward to changing software again—it had been a stressful experience in the past.
However, I needn’t have worried. From start to finish, Clare took care of us with outstanding professionalism and patience. She was approachable, supportive, and incredibly helpful—never once making me feel like a nuisance, despite the many questions I asked. Clare has been brilliant throughout, and we truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better.
The transition to Alto was smooth and straightforward. The ability to log in and track our progress through the onboarding checks made things refreshingly easy. As a very busy office, finding the time to manage a software change was always going to be a challenge—but the process was incredibly time-efficient and well-structured.
The training was also excellent. We were all able to jump in and complete our Alto Skills without any issues. One bit of feedback from the team: they’ve mentioned it would be helpful to have a direct support line for quick queries, rather than having to log an email—especially when time is tight, and a quick answer would make all the difference.
Overall, we’ve been really impressed with Alto. It’s intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. In fact, not one of my colleagues has had a single complaint—which says a lot! We're all genuinely happier using Alto.
