Jess is our dedicated progressor, and once a sale is agreed it is passed to her to move it along to completion. It's like having a dedicated sales progressor in the office, only she works from home!! We have recently started using ASAP, We was a bit nervous at first as putting your pipeline into someone else's hands is always a big thing for any agent. Since joining them they now chase around 50% of our full pipeline and we are finding the sales they chase go through quicker than in branch. Where do i begin? Many people tell me buying your first house is stressful. They were not wrong! I could not believe the stress i have been through with my "so called" solicitors. My sales progressor was Lara Hawkins (give this lady a pay rise)! She was there from the start communicating with me daily, morning, noon and night to keep me updated. If it was not for Lara, i would have pulled out of the purchase for sure! She took away the stress and reassured me we would get the deal over the line and she was not wrong. We got there in the end! I would highly recommend your company and especially Lara! I cannot thank you enough. :D
