My Daughter and her partner recently completed a purchase as first time buyers, and had the great fortune that Lara Hawkins was assigned to the chain, as Sales Progressor.

Lara was superb in our dealings throughout the process which took 4 months, always on hand to answer questions, and find out things if we were unsure. Clearly a highly motivated, super proactive, communicative, true professional with a desire to move things forward and get the job done. Lara gets 11/10 from us.

As a Business owner myself, I know how hard it can be to recruit and retain quality staff, but all I can say is you have a "gem" with Lara, and "gems" can sometimes be hard to find, so don't let her go !!

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Lara was available to help every step of the way, and she did so in such a friendly and efficient manner, and in difficult circumstances.

ASAP have been first class since day one of joining the team.... fair to say they have helped streamline my business, meaning I've been able to become more proactive in my own day to day activities and ultimately help convert my pipeline quicker!

ASAP are excellent to work with, the communication, attention to detail and updates, for a small business like ours, it is like having an extra member of staff at no cost and freed up so much time for our sales team. ASAP have exceeded my expectations with the sales progression to date for our Agency. I have to admit, I was a little sceptical at first about outsourcing this function but have been very impressed with their thoroughness and following up with conveyancers, vendors and buyers and keeping our Agency in the loop with daily emails and calls. Karen and Simona have been very helpful and a credit to the team.
The conveyancing quotes are very competitive compared to our local firms and the ASAP online portal shows us the progress and activity of the chain to date and key milestones achieved for everyone involved in the property transaction.
