The team at resi are always really helpful in dealing with any queries and try to get them resolved really quickly, they are super friendly . The reason there is not a 5 star review is that some of the issues should not be issues in the first place with the software gremlins - nothing is perfect however and its how people deal with you that makes the difference - 5 stars to Amirah who worked hard over a weekend to resolve our query.
