After nearly 3 decades in estate agency, ive used a lot of CRM's but i have to say the firm that listens the most and tries to make the changes that agents ask for, Dezrez is the best, the support is superb, i dont ever find there is a time that they cant help me or put me onto someone who can, they listen to suggestions and where possible build them into the systems, given the time to do so. Rezi PM is a fledgling product but again, they have looked at what is needed and provided most of it to us whilst consistently building more into the back end at all times.

Having used Dezrez One for many years I was pleased to see so many time-saving features had been added. Photos are so easy to upload and the document storage feature ensures that everything is in the one place for easy reference among colleagues.

I have found working with Dezrez enjoyable, their systems are well thought through and fit for purpose. Should there be a problem there is always a quick fix as well as access to a helpline or speedy online chat service to lead you through and to resolve any technical issues which may arise. The proactive approach can be evidenced by Dezrez constantly providing webinars with updates or just reminding or enlightening users about various tips on how best to use the platform.
