Setup / Onboarding
At Dezrez we’ve written a full Rezi onboarding guide that details what agents can expect whilst onboarding, data migration capabilities, likely timeframes and how to get the best out of your move.
A new start-up agency can gain access to Rezi as soon as we obtain user details and enter their requirements. New agents can expect super slick and speedy onboarding process. We can even help with your branding, website and your email and SMS templates. Our onboarding team complete this process from start to finish.
If you’re an existing agency a migration is often required. This process can be different depending on the nature of the migration. Our migration team work closely with agents during a data migration. This is often completed at a time that works best for your business and will be complimented with full training and access to our online learning resources for an ongoing learning experience.
If you’re unsure about data migration, what to migrate and adhering to legislation like GDPR we’ve got you covered. We have created great knowledge based articles written by our team, to help agents make the best informed decisions.
Opting to personally move your data means that you can be up and running in a matter of days not weeks. Our onboarding team will provide you with plenty of tips and guidance along the way. As part of the move we will also provide you with a schedule.
