New time-saving features make Rezi a pleasure to use
Having used Dezrez One for many years I was pleased to see so many time-saving features had been added. Photos are so easy to upload and the document storage feature ensures that everything is in the one place for easy reference among colleagues.
Saved me an IT call-out
Amirah dealt with the problem swiftly, even though it was more an internet than Dezrez-specific problem, potentially saving me an expensive IT support call-out fee.
Great co-operation and communications
I have found working with Dezrez enjoyable, their systems are well thought through and fit for purpose. Should there be a problem there is always a quick fix as well as access to a helpline or speedy online chat service to lead you through and to resolve any technical issues which may arise. The proactive approach can be evidenced by Dezrez constantly providing webinars with updates or just reminding or enlightening users about various tips on how best to use the platform.
