I was searching for a key management system that was more efficient than the methods I was currently using and wasso pleased when I came across Keyzapp. Manually tracking down keys is a nightmare, but Keyzapp greatly eases the stress of it with the automatic emailing and messaging when keys are late/overdue. All of our vendors who have commented on the new system were impressed by both the new fobs and the way the emails keep them on track with due dates and other notes.

In addition, the smart fobs bring an extra element of professionalism with the way we were able to customize them to our company branding. And adding keys to our inventory is so much easier now. Instead of cutting tiny pieces of paper to go inside plastic key tags (and having to redo it when it disintegrates due to weather and wear and tear), I simply swipe an unused fob and type what property it goes to before adding the keys to the ring. Simple as that!

I'm very pleased to say Keyzapp meets and exceeds what we were looking for. In every area, these guys knock it out of the park. If you want top notch friendly customer service and a fantastic product that is fairly priced, you can't go wrong with Keyzapp.

We manage an Estate and hold hundreds of sets of keys in a manual system, which was becoming unwieldy, so decided to go out to the market to look for a way to automate and simplify things for us - the guys at Keyzapp did an online demo for us and we were sold! Very intuitive and easy to work your way around - and it is comparatively very cheap. It's now early days into our implementation but already we are seeing the benefits - thank you!

From start to finish the service from Keyzapp has been faultless. I would highly recommend using Keyzapp as it has saved so much time and is much more efficient.

As a cleaning company, our primary aim is to provide cleaning services to our clients, that's something we are expert in doing. However, combine lots of field workers, lots of varied locations and lots of keys, that's a disaster in the making. We set out to find a solution to the problem, but with so many providers of key management out there, it's a hard choice. Each provider had something that we liked and needed, but not one had all of what we were looking for. And then, I came across Keyzapp. Simple, effective, does what it should do, easy to navigate and cost-effective. Try before you buy too.

With apps on smartphones and a dashboard on PC's, we're in control. Phil helped get us signed up and started, then Tim took over, and we had a comprehensive video training session to get set up. All seamless without any hassle.

Keyzapp solved our key problem!

Since implementing KeyZapp, there has been a recognised step change that only comes with a certain level of confidence. The internal / external feedback is incredibly positive in that the system works and the intrinsic problems that go with managing people and keys in large quantities has all but gone away! The software is intuitive and user friendly, the support is first rate and as a business we are so happy that we engaged with Tim and the team.
Looking forward to the future and new developments that will enhance, in my view, a first class product.

Ever since we signed up to Keyzapp, we have loved it. It makes our life so much easier now, keeping track of our keys. Also getting the contractors to bring our keys back if they forget by getting a text reminder. We even had the experience of a set of keys going missing, someone scanning the code and gave us a call to say they have found them! I couldn't believe it when the person called us! I would highly recommend this software to anyone and any company. They definitely deserve 5*

It's not often you come across incredible software which ACTUALLY works. This is the best in the game, simple, effective, and efficient! They really did think about every part of a user's journey - Couldn't recommend it enough!

Intuitive Key Management With Great Support

We have recently started using Keyzapp, and so far can't fault the system. Its super easy to use, and makes mine and my colleagues lives so much easier. Phillip and Tim have been super supportive and have responded super quick with any tweaks we wanted to make! Thank you!

Very pleased with the product, the service and the price is fair. Great support (if ever needed, though rarely is). Easy to use, does 'exactly what it says on the tin'. No fuss, no problems. Highly recommend.
