We have just started using Kotini and so far I LOVE IT! The system is really user friendly and it saves us so much time not only sending out the documents but in collating all the data with a great download all documents option. The information gathered on the property is also very thorough and helpful for writing property descriptions. We haven’t had any objections from buyers or vendors yet so I can only assume it is as user friendly for them and I am very much looking forward to continuing with the system

Kotini has enabled us to really speed up our onboarding of clients and truly simplify the whole process. We initially looked into Kotini for its Anti Money Laundering purposes, but once we saw how simple and easy it was for our clients to also complete the material information for their property, along with signing the contract/agreement and downloading the title, it was a no-brainer for us!
The steps are quick and easy to follow for clients, even the long-winded material information that many are not even aware they need to complete. It's also great to collect the buyer information, ID's and proof of funds quickly, and all from a few clicks of a button from us.
