Simple, Fast Property with Kotini
I’ve been using Kotini for almost a year now and have found it incredibly easy to learn and use. The platform is intuitive, and the live chat support is excellent, any questions I have are answered quickly and clearly. Our sellers find the onboarding process simple, as it clearly sets out exactly what they need to complete. Our buyers also find the qualification process straightforward, which makes things much easier for us as estate agents overall.

After 12 years of juggling multiple systems just to onboard a client, I discovered Kotini - and it’s been a game-changer. Previously, I’d be exhausted by the time I even got to the fun part: taking on the property, capturing photos, and diving into the actual job we’re hired to do.
With Kotini, the onboarding process is seamless. We easily uploaded our contacts, customized everything with our branding, and tested it with clients ranging from their 20s to their 70s.
The results speak for themselves: I’ve removed four paid systems, and my input per property take-on is now about 90 seconds. Boom. Kotini is, in my eyes, the sales equivalent of PayProp for streamlining lettings. Highly recommended.
