They’ve been incredibly responsive, and the platform itself is so simple and straightforward to use. It’s really helped me to offload that whole side of things - I can just send the link and almost forget about it.
I’m very conscientious about doing things the right way, so having AML checks all in one place and contracts all in one place has been a huge relief. I really like that part. It keeps everything organised, compliant and stress-free.
I had a scary moment where I was questioned on some details on one of my listings but when I checked, Kotini had everything signed off for me by the owners which saved me a sleepless night!

It's not often I review a Software company but the transition from Iamproperty to Kotini has been the best decision we have ever made. Everything has been so streamlined and is so easy to use. The amount of time it has saved us is incredible - If anyone is hesitant, just give it a go and you won't be disappointed!

We have just started using Kotini and so far I LOVE IT! The system is really user friendly and it saves us so much time not only sending out the documents but in collating all the data with a great download all documents option. The information gathered on the property is also very thorough and helpful for writing property descriptions. We haven’t had any objections from buyers or vendors yet so I can only assume it is as user friendly for them and I am very much looking forward to continuing with the system

I can only say what a breath of fresh air it is dealing with [Kotini]. Their platform is fantastic. It is saving us at Portland Estate Agents, so much time, which equates to money. The onboarding process for the client, buyer, and us as the agent is incredibly well-designed and intuitive to use.
