Excellent Customer Service
Benjamin Ugbari at Notify is my customer account Manager at OUB. He is incredibly personable, extremely helpful and an asset to the Company. He answers all my enquiries within 24 hours regarding my Notify account. Thank you Benjamin, I really enjoy our quarterly briefings as it is a good opportunity to bounce ideas regarding our busins relationship. GREAT SERVICE
I have had an excellent experience using Notify (One Utility Bill) thus far. Chloe Mason has been extremely helpful when explaining how to use Notify and was super friendly. The portal is easy to use and has saved me time and effort when dealing with utility handovers.

Seamless and Easy to Use
One Utility Bill has saved me time and issues again and again. Charlotte Marnoch is a great asset to the company and is a pleasure to deal with, acting on anything that comes up extremely quickly.
The interface and dashboard is easy to use and will help you streamline your day-to-day tasks.

I have had very good experience working with Notify to ensure a smooth transaction for our tenants, a special mention to Charlotte who has been great throughout the 'relationship' with Notify - always on hand if there are any questions or queries!
Problem Free
We find this service so easy to use and problem free, what makes us happy is we don't have to waste time ring utility's now. Miranda's customer services is great, she checks in all the time and is easy to get hold of if we need her.
Chloe is extremely helpful!
We have been using notify for about 4 weeks now and Chloe has been so helpful throughout the entire process. All questions have been answered super quickly and demonstrations on how to use the platform were clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend using this program!
Notify Account Review Meeting
Quarterly meetings with our account manager Miranda Stephenson are always pleasant. Miranda presents the review in a clear, concise and friendly manner and also provides useful tips.
