We've had an excellent experience using Notify (One Utility Bill) so far. The website is very user friendly and makes updating utilities a breeze! Steven has been extremely helpful when explaining how to use Notify and was quick to answer any questions in an informative and friendly manner. A great way to inform utility companies of tenant changes and void periods. Dont be fooled - it's not a seemless process but the support from the One Utility team is excellent and most of the problems originate with the utility companies themselves.
