Since switching over to Notify we have been very happy with their services. Our account manager Benjamin is super friendly, organised, polite and there to help you with every step. He also arranges quarterly meetings which keeps you on track with figures etc.
So far so good!
We changed from using Glide for our student lets over to oneutilitybill. The contact we had initially for oneutility had left however we had received a call from the lovely Sophie within hours of us sending the email requesting contact. Sophie instilled confidence immediately, which I have to say this really lacked in other bills package providers we have used before hand. Sophie's presentation of the service and the breakdown of how the professional side and the student side works was very detailed and engaging, and Sophie was able to answer all our questions. We have now changed our professional lets over to onutilitybill too, and any questions I have had following this Sophie has always come back to quickly with the answer, and with videos or screenshots as to how to complete my query. The testing time will be when the new tenancies start and the bill package kicks in, but so far I have been happy with the service provided.

I always have a great experience with the One Utility Bill team. Benjamin, in particular, is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Great Service! we use Notify via One Utility to deal with our tenancy inform Move in and Move Outs. Our account manager Benjamin is great, our quarterly meetings are always a good catch up on where we are with the system / service. Thank you again for all your help.
Great Service
Having used a service from a competitor which simply didnt work we switched to OneUtilityBill via Notify and so far the service has been great. Good support from the team, easy to use and whilst the commission isn't as high as some of the other models out there, its consistent and free for us to use !

Review
As an agency we have been using Notify for the best part of a year. They make check-ins and check-outs seamless from start to finish. The software is straight forward to use and all the staff are very helpful, always on hand to answer any query we might have. I had a lovely quarterly meeting with Abi today, from the success team, who outlined everything clearly and offered to look into an issue we had, with the plan to update me shortly.

Excellent Customer Service
Benjamin Ugbari at Notify is my customer account Manager at OUB. He is incredibly personable, extremely helpful and an asset to the Company. He answers all my enquiries within 24 hours regarding my Notify account. Thank you Benjamin, I really enjoy our quarterly briefings as it is a good opportunity to bounce ideas regarding our busins relationship. I hope our paths will cross and we get to meet up in the near future. Top bloke!!
GREAT SERVICE
I have had an excellent experience using Notify (One Utility Bill) thus far. Chloe Mason has been extremely helpful when explaining how to use Notify and was super friendly. The portal is easy to use and has saved me time and effort when dealing with utility handovers.
