⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant service – Christopher made the whole process effortless
We've been using One Utility Bill's Notify service at Heaton Property and it has genuinely transformed the way we handle utility registrations. Before signing up, manually notifying energy, water and council suppliers every time a tenancy changed was eating up a huge amount of our time. It's the kind of admin that quietly drains hours from the week.
Christopher guided us through the onboarding from start to finish and made what could have been a complicated process completely stress-free. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly knew the platform inside out. The setup itself was quick and straightforward… we were up and running without any disruption to our day-to-day operations.
What really stands out is how seamlessly Notify integrates with our CRM. Tenant data is pulled through automatically, so there's no duplicate data entry and no chasing up — it simply works in the background. Just saved a stack of time and hassle
We have been struggling with the headache of manually dealing with utilities and adding data to our Street CRM for ages, until a chance advertisement from Notify reminded me of their service. Fully integrated with our CRM, so requires little effort, and we have been given back hours of time each week that we can use for other essential tasks. Onboarding with Shannon was excellent, and the communication has been first-class so far. Anyone not with Notify, I suggest looking at it!
