Quick and easy system and onboarding
We’ve recently started using Notify, and the onboarding process with Shannon Dixon was seamless from start to finish. The platform itself is far easier to use than other utility swapping systems we’ve tried in the past, saving us time and hassle. It looks set to run smoothly and should help ensure no issues with void periods for our clients. Highly recommended.

One Utility - Notify
We have been using One Utility for just over a year. It's a no brainer! Platform is easy to use, account manager Benjamin offers good support and advice, and we can earn commission.
Takes the stress away!
Since switching over to Notify we have been very happy with their services. Our account manager Benjamin is super friendly, organised, polite and there to help you with every step. He also arranges quarterly meetings which keeps you on track with figures etc.
So far so good!
We changed from using Glide for our student lets over to oneutilitybill. The contact we had initially for oneutility had left however we had received a call from the lovely Sophie within hours of us sending the email requesting contact. Sophie instilled confidence immediately, which I have to say this really lacked in other bills package providers we have used before hand. Sophie's presentation of the service and the breakdown of how the professional side and the student side works was very detailed and engaging, and Sophie was able to answer all our questions. We have now changed our professional lets over to onutilitybill too, and any questions I have had following this Sophie has always come back to quickly with the answer, and with videos or screenshots as to how to complete my query. The testing time will be when the new tenancies start and the bill package kicks in, but so far I have been happy with the service provided.
Great Account Manager
Great Service! we use Notify via One Utility to deal with our tenancy inform Move in and Move Outs. Our account manager Benjamin is great, our quarterly meetings are always a good catch up on where we are with the system / service. Thank you again for all your help.
Great Service
Having used a service from a competitor which simply didnt work we switched to OneUtilityBill via Notify and so far the service has been great. Good support from the team, easy to use and whilst the commission isn't as high as some of the other models out there, its consistent and free for us to use !
