We use Openview to run our property sales and its a great bit of kit. Staff are friendly and get things done quick!

Our recent experience with the Openview support team has been nothing but outstanding. Zack has always been on hand to assist and help when required and has really gone over and above our expectations of software support.

Recently have moved over to Openview (VTUK) and really appreciating the support from Tim, Ollie, Zack & Patrick and how user friendly it is. Openview has been a great upgrade by VTUK from their previous platform Gemini. Is definitely making everything a lot easier.

Using Openview for quite some time, service provided is brilliant, great team who are always helpful.

We have used VTUK's property system Gemini, for the last 14 years and have always received an excellent service from all of the team.
Last year we transferred across to their new system OpenView, which has been an excellent software switch for our company. It provides so many options that the previous system couldn't and its extremely easy to use. It is also cloud based, which is perfect for our staff being able to work remotely. All staff during the transition to the new software have been extremely helpful and a special mention to Tim for all the training and guidance we received.

Openview has some fantastic features such as the e-sign and automation function (you can pretty much automate any process such as sending emails at specific stages of the lettings cycle). Support team are very helpful!

Brilliant easy to use system!

We waited for the cloud version to be released, and when it was, it was incredibly glitchy. They tied us into a 3 year contract, and refused to release us even though the software isn't fit for purpose. A terrible way to deal with customers who have been loyal for over 10 years. Avoid.
