First class service provided by an amazing team.

Since setting things up with Propcall in 2021 we have been delighted with the service that the Propcall Team provide our clients. Aaron and the team have superb since day 1 and I am chuffed to bits with what they are doing for our clients. Keep up the excellent work.

After looking at many out of hours services, what has impressed me most is the services is based on trying to resolve the issue with the tenants or at least isolating the issues rather than just sending out a costly contactor on an out of hours rate. We have found Aaron and his team extremely knowledgeable but also willing to adapt their offering to the way we work. Very happy to have them as an extension of our team.

I have been working with Aaron for the last few months and I cannot express how good he and his company are, they have changed the way our business operates with our of hours emergencies.

Having run a 24 hour helpline for our tenants for many years we have found PropCall a valuable alternative ,which saves our staff the stress of being on call. PropCall staff have a great understanding of issues that can happen and have dealt with them ,often without further clarification from us .Well done.

It was a big decision for us to hand over the responsibility of our previous long standing process of dealing with out of hours calls to Propcal, but we have been very happy so far. Aaron and his team really do work hard and do their best to assist with every call; some obviously very trying. One of the most important thing for us is our clients now get to talk to someone, rather than being frustrated with our previous longwinded recorded answer machine with instruction. They are also very flexible in taking instruction on how you specifically want matters dealt with, which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend Aaron and his team.
