Propcall gives us the comfort our tenants, and in turn their landlords, are fully looked after, even when the office is closed. Tenants really value the ability to speak to someone when an urgent situation arrises and it also takes the pressure of our staff knowing there is someone fielding calls, and resolving issues, out of hours

We appointed PropCall as our out of hours call handling and property management provider due to disatisfaction with the previous supplier. We immediately realised we had made the right decision. The usual Monday morning complaints our team had to deal with from tenants and landlords complaining how their out of hours calls had been handled disappeared. We now receive only positive feedback from our customers. Our only regret? We wish we had appointed them earlier.
