Joanne Causer recently came in to show us the latest benefits and features they have to offer and it was really helpful. It's great to see all the ways they are making the software even more efficient and helpful for our needs.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jo, she is always responsive and knowledgeable, if she cant help she always knows somebody who can. I particularly like the continuous development and improvements they make to the software, it shows they are listening to their customers and value their feedback. Finally my team really benefited from the training they provide as part of the package, everybody learns differently so offering face to face system training as well as online support is really beneficial.

RPS is an amazing platform that is very easy to use and pulls together all the reports I could imagine. The support team are great and especially our project manager Amy!

In a world of (Ro)Bots, being on hold for hours, 'might get a call back in 3 days', I always find Shahzahan Sarwar at Reapit an excellent communicator, prompt responder, efficient and ... the key ... knows how to solve problems. So, thank you Shahz.

They think everyone understands tech and it's all done online, where as other companies have helped over the phone, which has been quicker and more straight forward.
