Excellent customer service
We have found our customer success manager Carly Sullivan to be very attentive, Carly is happy to help and provide additional support as and when required.
Great service
I find the support ticket system a bit clunky to be honest but our account manager Alex is a great support. He always calls back if we leave a message for him, we have regular zoom calls which are very informative and he is always approachable - never too much trouble and if he doesn't know the answer he will find out and then come back to us.
Reapit Review
We have been using Reapits software since 2009, it is a reliable, effective CRM system for a business with a large Franchise and Owned office network. We use all elements of the system Sales, Lettings, Client Accounts and Property Management. The system has evolved over the years and continues to do so. The organiser, diary management, pre-instruction checklists etc. help to improve efficiencies within the business. Power Reports and the MI reporting suite provide good insights into the business. Our Account manager Adam Syme provides us with great support and is always on hand to assist with queries, he also keeps us up to date on the development roadmap. The launch of the App market in recent years has allowed us to build integrations to enhance our business offering.
MMP Review
The combined lettings and sales has completely altered our business. Sometimes the system can do too much with too many options. After 3 years we are still learning but have the system setup to the way we like it. we have just had a system review with our rep and her colleague which was really useful. We have a good rep , its not the cheapest but its at the heart of our company.
Smart, Manageable and help on hand
We have used RPS now for a variety of property functions. For Sales, Lettings and Property Management. Our requirements are more niche than regular estate agents, the account manager Jo has always been very helpful in assisting us to get the best use we can out of the system. There is a wide range of support on offer to anyone with small or complex questions. There are regular updates with new functions being added and improved regularly.
Reapit CRM
No CRM is perfect and neither is Reapit, but compared to others its good value for money compared to say Alto. With the support of Mark Everett we're gradually "moulding" Reapit to our own vision and with a couple of extra functions on the day to day functions it'll end up being pretty damn good
Great system - support could be better
The system itself is much better and more stable than others we have used. It is customisable to a high degree and the integration with third party apps is really good. The online support processes unfortunately let it down somewhat.

A solid system for multi office companies
Reapit is the central point within our business, we use all aspects of the system from sales and lettings to accounts and property management. The system is solid and rarely breaks, although it does have limitations and is slow and clunky. The Support Team are mixed, some can be good and others simply refer you to the online system, which could well be the same with other CRM's support, however isn't very helpful. Whilst the system doesn't have the bells and whistles that some more modern systems have, it has the ability to add many of them via apps or integrations. This in itself sounds like the answer, although getting both the supplier and Reapit to actually provide what we as EA's probably imagine or require, can be a little different. For a sizeable multi branch agency, there isn't anything better that I have seen and therefore would recommend it subject to what your business is looking for.
Reapit has the best account manager in the property industry!
There are strengths and weaknesses with RPS:
Strengths -
1. Most of the industry who are employed in London and the home counties know how to use it which makes it easier for new recruits to get started with a new employer.
2. It does the job.
3. Jo Causer is an excpetional account manager and the best in the business.
Weaknesses -
1. The product is old and clunky and would benefit from a complete redesign. Bits keep being bolted onto an old platform and release notes are sent out which nobody reads!
2. The reporting tool is complicated.
3. It expensive for what it is.
