Ros Burrows is a huge help when it comes to all things Reapit. She is always quick to respond to emails if we have any questions and is a great support when working to improve our setup. Ros clearly explains what is possible with Reapit which is great for ensuring we are getting the most out of the system, we are very grateful to have her by our side!

We had a brilliant lettings training day led by Ros. It was extremely informative and I think it gave every single person in that room something to go away with, not to mention a HUGE number of things for the more senior team to think about going forward! Thank you Ros as always for you amazing knowledge, incredible support and generally being a lovely person.

From initial contact and discussions, through the build process right to go live every step has been amazing. The whole team at Reapit have been super supportive, extremely knowledgeable and proactive and made the transition smooth and as stress free as possible. Alessio came to our office to provide further training and pointers for our office to use the system more effectively for our needs. The session was clear and informative and Alessio had catered the training to our needs. His follow up notes have been prompt and concise and we look forward to continuing to work with him.

We have had some quite specific needs during onboarding, many of which are not standard within our industry. Harriet Jordan has been intuitive and always thought outside the box to help tailor our system. We have been very happy with her ongoing support.
