Shahzahan was very helpful, it was easy to book an appointment and speak with him regarding my question about my organiser page, to which he was very helpful.

We deal directly with Mark Everett at Reapit who has been exceptional from day one. We have used reapit now for 5 years or so, and Mark is always on hand to help with any IT issues we have. He is easily contactable, incredibly helpful and just a really nice guy.

Alessio came to our office to provide further training and pointers for our office to use the system more effectively for our needs. The session was clear and informative and Alessio had catered the training to our needs. His follow up notes have been prompt and concise and we look forward to continuing to work with him.

We have had some quite specific needs during onboarding, many of which are not standard within our industry. Harriet Jordan has been intuitive and always thought outside the box to help tailor our system. We have been very happy with her ongoing support.

Reapit has continued to develop and most importantly is a safe pair of hands which looks after our sales, lettings (including client accounting) and commercial departments in one place.
The rate of development of the main CRM has been slow and frustrating at times (RPS Digital online portal is still not fit for our business after about 8 years in the making), however, it feels this has accelerated as of late. The foundation's app marketplace is a game-changer it allows us to bolt on suitable third-party apps with read/write back into Reapit and allowed us to build our own apps reading and writing back into the Reapit.
Jo Causer our account manager is exceptional - really helped keep the relationship on good terms even when the product was not evolving fast enough – I can't speak highly enough of Jo.

Reapit is a fantastic software & our business would be nothing without it.. special thanks to Mark our account manager. Nothing is too much hassle and he provides endless support.

I have used Reapit for about 2 years, its very good and it integrates with other products like Goodlord.

We had a Reapit Training Day at our Offices organised by Ros Burrows. Ros & Jo attended and did 2 sessions, one with Lettings and one with Sales. We were thrilled when Ros offered us the opportunity for a Training Day. The day was well organised and well presented by Ros & Jo whose joint knowledge has enabled us to gleen more insight into the product and how it can assist us on a daily basis. Excellent day ladies thank you very much for your time and effort it is much appreciated.
