Had a meeting with Shahzahan to go through some areas of the system that we are not using to streamline systems and create new leads.

Me and my colleague Wendy had an meeting with Shahzahan regarding the new updates on Reapit, he was very helpful and we learned lots of new tips to help us maximise our use of Reapit.

Great Functionality
We have used Reapit now for 4 years after changing from Dezrez. We use many products available within Reapit including Sales, Lettings, and the Accounts functions.
I have always found it very good and user friendly and the reporting functionality is fantastic! The sales daily reports along with power reports save me so much time when reporting to the directors our monthly performance.
Our customer success manager Raegan is excellent, she is always on hand to help with any queries along with supporting us to get the most out of the functionality on offer.
High Quality Software and Support
Alex Townsend specifically is superb along with alot of the staff on the support side.
Help with new property details.

Best CRM on the market for Estate Agents
Coming up to a year now we have been using Reapit and safe to say from the transition period to the our everyday use of the system has been a good procedure. Our account manager Shahzahan has always been there when required. Their regular updates gives us cutting edge to make sure we are navigating the market efficiently.
