Review for Harriet Jordan
I would like to leave a review for Harriet Jordan, our new account manager, who we met for the first time on 11 January 2024. It was nice to put a face to a name. Harriet was very informative and knowlegable and ran through our current challenges, development suggestions and configuration changes and the action plan going forward and followed up the next day with meeting notes and next seps. It will be a pleasure to work with Harriet in the year ahead.

We started working with Reapit during Lockdown when in person training was impossible. Shortly afterwards Ros Burrows was assigned as our CRM and has quite honestly been outstanding. We are now working through Ros to ensure that Reapit is configured for our needs to increase efficiency and save our users time and she is a joy to work with.

Remember what your CRM is for...
Your data is your business so your CRM needs to give you the ability to nurture that data efficiently so you win a disproportionate amount of business over time. Simple. Reapit does that in spades. Its Power Reporting function and Power Organiser gives businesses the opportunity to be specific and laser focused about who to target at whatever touchpoint of the nurture journey they are at. At Hat and Home we have a series of defined reports which mean no stone is unturned in the pursuit of new business. And its measurable and trackable.
The software also needs to work for your clients, to put their property in front of the most relevant audience to create enquiries. It does that.
It also needs to track KPIs and measure productivity - tick again.
Okay so nothing's perfect in life, right? And REAPIT (RPS) isn't perfect either. There are WAY too many clicks required for the most basic process and the aesthetics can only be described as akin to the Nintendo SNES in a world of Playstation 5's... BUT does that really matter if you are confident your data can be managed and harvested correctly?
Support is responsive and as decent as you would expect outside of having a member of the team sitting in your office.
Hat and Home made a costly mistake launching with a different product and we switched to REAPIT after 6 months and have never looked back.
We have tried and tested most the major players and nothing comes close in our opinion.
Great System!
Been in the industry for over 20 years, always used Reapit for front end advertising, Recently moved over for accounts and lettings management. Wish I had of done it sooner. Short term pain for long term gain, integration with most software platforms we use, - looking forward to the years ahead having a full cloud system, working from anywhere.
Reapit Review
We have used Reapit now for almost 10 years after changing from Vebra Alto and use it for 4 sales office and for rentals and property managements.
I have always found it very good and easy to use and the reporting software for all the figures required to run a business is excellent. My account manager Jo Causer is excellent and is always at hand to help with any queries and support and we have forged and good relationship with her. Highly recommended.
