c. The software is incompatible with Outlook, so you can't actually use it efficiently for things like sending email templates to tenants. It's essentially an outdated system, and you're paying a fortune for it.

At best its a filing system with reminders... Microsoft Excel does this better and for free!

After a year of trying to end the contract early, and no real help resolving basic Windows/Outlook compatibility issues — their suggestion was to downgrade our Outlook to an older version. Two years later, they're still saying the same thing.

Watch out too: they can raise your monthly fees without so much as a phone call — just a newsletter-style bulletin announcing the increase. So check your junk mail.

Don't be fooled by the demo before you sign up with Reapit - showing all the "amazing" features it supposedly offers for property management. It's an old system, incompatible with current software, with high fees for poor service. I'd avoid at all costs.

I have used other software systems in the past but have found Reapit to be very easy to navigate. There are plenty of training options if needed and it is generally a very good system for agencies. Our account manager, Harriet, is brilliant. On a recent visit she went through a number of queries I had and showed me some brilliant shortcuts to get the information I needed.
