I have used other software systems in the past but have found Reapit to be very easy to navigate. There are plenty of training options if needed and it is generally a very good system for agencies. Our account manager, Harriet, is brilliant. On a recent visit she went through a number of queries I had and showed me some brilliant shortcuts to get the information I needed.
