Fantastic support from our account manager, Harriet!
I have used other software systems in the past but have found Reapit to be very easy to navigate. There are plenty of training options if needed and it is generally a very good system for agencies. Our account manager, Harriet, is brilliant. On a recent visit she went through a number of queries I had and showed me some brilliant shortcuts to get the information I needed.

Harriet is a superstar
Harriet Jordan has been our main point of contact at Reapit since we moved over and she's been fantastic. Quick to respond to questions, helpful when it comes to training and has helped make the transition as smooth as it could have been. We still have a fairly big learning curve on Reapit, but I'm sure with her support, we'll be ok.

Insightful & well-presented session
Alessio was an excellent presenter who provided a comprehensive overview of Reapit along with useful tips for us as agents. I especially appreciated how he started by asking each of us what we hoped to gain from the session, then tailored his presentation to ensure we all got the most out of the 2.5 hours. Reapit is a brilliant product
A brilliant product as it is all under one roof, user friendly and they are always implementing new ideas after receiving customers feedback. Definitely recommend using Reapit
