Everything's changing now, people don't like to pick up their phones but on WhatsApp they get back to us straight away. Gathering information about guarantors etc is time consuming. Having Ada (our AI Persona) doing it for us takes some getting used to, but the experience we've had so far is good - we've even had clients calling up asking to speak to her! The negs are finding it really helpful, especially when it's busy.
