We're running with SalesRook now and it's going well - we're having clients booked in, clients are actually enjoying that initial service, it's superb out of hours... we're finding that advisors are coming in the following morning, our AI Persona is having the conversation at 10 o'clock at night and they're then into an appointment, it's amazing.

What makes SalesRook worth the investment? The ease in the way that it all seems to have been done already. SalesRook seems to be working on features before we really feel like we need them. Everything was just pre-done. We haven't had to tell them things we need. So with our CRM, a lot of the time we have to send them a list of tweaks and changes we need done, whereas with SalesRook, it was almost a complete package from the get-go. I think a massive bonus to SalesRook is the productivity of the team that runs it - they are genuinely on the ball and are always looking to make sure it is working for us and are very helpful. That's a huge thing.

SalesRook has become a vital tool for our team
Across a 3-month period vs last year, SalesRook enabled us to increase the number of tenancies renewed by 24%. SalesRook has become a vital tool for our team, drastically improving and accelerating our communication process for securing responses and signed agreements. Without it, our efficiency and performance would undoubtedly suffer.

It has allowed us contact with clients where we haven't had it before. I think when someone receives a WhatsApp on their phone, they don't have to necessarily read it straight away; they can look at it later in the evening. You do get a hell of a lot better response than you would do if you were making a phone call. It's definitely helped in that communication and being able to speak to people - people feel a lot easier communicating through WhatsApp rather than picking up the phone. They can ask you questions whenever they want, and you can go back to them quickly. Not only just sending texts, but also sending videos, images, etc. We can send clients links to videos if we've got a new property coming to the market - we can drop a floor plan in or a front picture. We can send images, videos - I can send a video of myself, I can send voice notes. It's the whole package really; everything just allows us to show stuff rather than just talking about it.
It's been more time-efficient, time-effective in terms of the communication with clients.
What we're finding is that even though desktop WhatsApp was available to everyone on that platform, we found that because we're using Sales with the negotiators are logging into it as part of their daily routine, so it's become part of their routine. It takes time to get into their routine, but it's now part of the routine. It's on there; it's a communication tool, and it genuinely I think is used more than email.

The team is incredibly hands-on, responsive, and committed to refining the product based on feedback. The level of service and interaction has been excellent, and it's clear they genuinely want to develop their platform in partnership with engaged users. We're implementing Core AI, Negotiator, and Broadcasts—which is a big undertaking, but the early signs are very positive. The team is proactive in addressing our needs, such as refining postcode allocations to ensure valuation leads reach the right branches, which will help drive adoption internally. Overall, SalesRook is proving to be a valuable partner in optimising our lead management and automation processes.
