As a Property Manager, Depositary is everything you want the deposit release process to be like. Its super easy to use, tenants and landlords get all the information they need and so much time is saved when you don't have to email back and forth between tenants and landlords. It also allows you to keep track of all your deposit releases which you can access anywhere and on any device. Carla is also on hand to help if there are any issues and there are regular training sessions so you know how to use it properly. Its a game changing piece of software and I wouldn't bother using anything else.

The most effective piece of prop-tech we use. Saves loads of time, great value for money, the support is first class. The biggest no-brainer available.

This is an excellent piece of software. Really helps with handling negotiations at the conclusions of the tenancy and building the case as you go along. Carla is super responsive to anything you need help with and there is development ongoing as suggestions are made.

We love using Depositary, the process really is air tight and allows you to really build a strong case for any potential deductions. We have found the email tips to tenants really help with how properties are left, and should a claim need to be made, the site allows you to submit as much evidence as needed, which also really helps saving time when dealing with disputes as all the information is already there!

My agency began using The Depositary around 7 months ago now and noticed a clear and immediate improvement in all aspects of the deposit return process. As a business owner I love the depositary because it means I have a clear overview of all deposit returns and what is happening with them. Before using the Depositary we found that if a tenant did not respond to a DPS claim that deposit could sit there for a long time and fall through the cracks with no way of identifying it which could lead to complaints.
