Really positive
The Depository system allows us to significantly reduce the amount of time spent ending any tenancy. Simply put, the intuitive process assigns the outstanding tasks to the relevant stakeholders (Tenant, Landlord, agent) throughout and saves calls and e-mails into and out of the office asking for
The feedback we have had so far is that the system clearly explains and manages expectations by explaining to each party the deposit legislation really well and that all parties positions are being taken into account. There is far less accusations being levelled at us as being for or against either party. That in itself is a really creditable benefit.
Our lettings team have got their time and sanity back at long last(!) and our own credibility as a fair minded and technology minded agent has been further enhanced.

Working as a property manager using The Depository, I can really appreciate it's assistance to track and streamline end of tenancy negotiations. The platform is fairly user friendly and can reduce the time spent on end of tenancy negotiations significantly. Occasionally you may experience a few technical glitches but overall it is a smooth running platform. Would be nice to cater for minor changes to the platform depending on how the managing brand operates, but all in all a decent bit of kit.

Brilliant system, even better team
The system has saved us huge amounts of time in the end of tenancy process, but what we love even more than the system itself is the team at Depositary, always seeking feedback, listening and where warranted actioning, they respond to issues quickly, and are continually looking to make the system better,
Checkout stage slightly problematic but deposit return process much easier
The checkout stage is slightly a longer process for us now using The Depositary as clerks are not able to see the necessary documents that are uploaded (such as inventory, key sheets, any addendums). We are having to send a seperate email with all of this information on which is doubling the work load currently, it would also be really beneficial if there was a comments section, where any notes regarding the checkout could be seen between the agent and clerk. For example, if the checkout was on a Sunday and the clerk wanted to let us know it was booked for the following Monday OR if there were issues with keys such as, tenant has dropped keys into the office already, please pick them up before attending. I must say however on the deposits side of things it has really improved the time frame for us and we are managing to get them dealt with so much faster than before. We are getting good feedback from landlords and tenants about the system also.
