Literally the best bit of proptech to be invented in years which keeps getting better and better. It massively reduces the time, stress and energy involved in ending a tenancy and dealing with the deposit. I'm excited about the latest AI release but haven't used it just yet. I love it not just to reduce my time, but also for my Let Only Landlords, it gives them one more reason to use my services as it makes it so much easier for them as well.

Such a time saving piece of tech, it takes so much of the hard work out of End of Tenancy nightmares. The team are so helpful and supportive too, which is always helpful if we ever need a little assistance.

Every now and then you come across a platform that is a genuine game changer and The Depositary is exactly that. Undoubtedly The Depositary will become a platform used by everyone in our industry.

The automation is sleek - the importation and "reading" of your inventory and then the delivery into chargeable deductions is concise and beautifully executed. It literally saves hours and hours of time and removes human error.

The game changer though is how a proposed deduction is viewed by the tenant. The presentation is such that it is so much easier for the tenant to make an informed decision as to whether the deduction is fair, by providing before and after commentary and photographic evidence from the check in and check out.

The communication between Property Manager and tenant is therefore much improved, the emotion is removed by the method of delivery.
And one click "send to dispute" is incredible. No longer will property managers have the feeling of dread when adjudication is needed.

Support is spot on - and in real time. Cannot fault it and can only praise.
