Once our templates are created, the system makes it easy to walk through a property and ensure that all key points important to our company are properly addressed. Additionally, having photos stored on a third-party server is a major benefit. It provides clear, time-stamped evidence that cannot be edited by us, which is invaluable should any dispute ever progress to court.
