Learn more about Steve

Having worked in the sales, marketing and training sectors all of my life, I have a wealth of experience which I am currently sharing with a host of Estate Agents and Prop Tech organisations throughout the UK.

I am a huge fan of Leadership & Management training with a constant eye on the existing culture within the businesses I work with; so often in the past I have seen great people promoted to management roles and then left to fend for themselves with devastating impacts on both the individual and the business. This cannot be right; the skill sets of both the novice manager and experienced, seasoned campaigners, should always be nurtured.

Course Benefits

As we strive for competitiveness, high performance teams become even more critical to our success. Building a high performing team involves more than just assembling a group of talented individuals. For a team to be effective, its members must unite behind an inspiring vision and be motivated to bring that vision to life. The team must share clear, measurable goals, and be committed to playing their part in delivering what the department or business has been tasked with achieving. Our training allows individuals and team members alike to embrace this philosophy, allowing them all to fulfill their true potential.

Did you know?

It has been proven that Exterior training has a bigger effect than ongoing in house training. Outsourcing classroom or other in person training can absolutely be the best choice. This is especially true when the subject matter is not mission critical, but is very important. Like team and people development.

Outsourced training gets far greater engagement than in house training.

Promoting from within is huge in our eyes. Preparing someone properly for that management role is essential.

"According to the Association for talent Development (ATD), companies that offer comprehensive training programs have 218% higher income per employee than companies without formalised training. But it doesn’t stop there. These companies also enjoy a 24% higher profit margin than those who spend less on training. It would seem that continuing to invest in training and development, even when there are economic downturns, is the smart play."

"Also, a long-term research project commissioned by Middlesex University for Work Based learning found that from a 4,300 workers sample, 74% felt that they weren't achieving their full potential at work due to lack of development opportunities."
