Learn more about Richard: Rich joined Dezrez as the Client Director in early 2016 and took up the role of Managing Director of Dezrez Group in October 2018. He loves tech and working with people so leading a software services company is a dream come true. Prior to joining Dezrez he worked as a business consultant for BT and CGI delivering digital transformation and change programmes across multiple industries. This learning drives him to build a great company by focussing on customer service, culture and creating software that our customers love as much as we do.

Prior to joining what3words, Luis worked for an analytics consultancy that was acquired by Mastercard and the early-stage AI start-up CognitionX. In his spare time, Luis likes to compete on the football pitch and the board game table, reads a lot of non-fiction and science-fiction, and is always planning his next surf trip.

What we’ll be discussing

- what3words is an easy way to identify precise locations. Every 3 metre square has been given a unique combination of three words: a what3words address.
- Adding what3words to property information in Rezi creates a smoother viewing experience, less confusion of where key features are and an all-round better first impression for the client.
- The what3words feature can be used for the accurate location of the front door, the positioning of the board and car parking space.

Who are Dezrez and what3words

Dezrez offer software for estate agents. Dezrez has been aiming to 'Connect the Property World' for over 20 years. They give agents control of their applications and data, whilst integrating with 1000’s of market place apps

what3words divided the world into 3 metre squares and gave each square a unique combination of three words. It’s the easiest way to find and share exact locations.
