Lucie Appleton has been promoted to sales progression team manager, whilst Darcie Brown and Ashleigh McDonnell have been promoted to senior sales progressor roles. Ella Murgatroyd joins the business as a second operations manager, working alongside Fausto Swinnerton-Gismondi to support the senior leadership team and drive operational excellence. The new management structure will support scalability, employee development, and long-term growth - reinforcing ASAP’s commitment to sales progression.
