Award wins make event twice as nice for Agent Rainmaker
The industry’s biggest awards event was twice as nice for a coaching company which scooped two prestigious titles.
Letting agency mentors Agent Rainmaker were named as the Best Training Provider at The ESTAS 2023, as well as scooping a silver award in the Supplier of the Year category.
The organisation provides mentoring, training and industry expertise to support letting agencies to overcome challenges and grow their business, bringing in more revenue and expanding their portfolios.
It was set up by Sally Lawson, a former ARLA president who has more than three decades of experience in the lettings sector.
She said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have received two awards at this year’s ESTAS. They are voted for by agents themselves, which shows how much the training and services we provide are valued by the lettings industry. It’s fantastic to see that we have a customer service rating of 98.77% based on hundreds of reviews.
“We’re on a mission to support letting agents to increase their revenue, free up more of their time, and expand their businesses. In the past few years, we’ve seen a whole host of fantastic successes – with some owners adding millions of pounds worth of revenue to their agency. The ESTAS awards are based purely on feedback from agents, conveyancers and brokers who are asked a series of questions based on the service or training they have received. This year was the 20th anniversary of the awards, and the results were based on more than 300,000 customer review ratings.
Property guru Phil Spencer, who has hosted The ESTAS every year over the past two decades, said: “There’s never been a more appropriate time to highlight the role suppliers play in the industry. The best suppliers are instrumental in helping provide excellent service, they are an extension of the customer experience so the service they deliver is crucial, it’s therefore only right that The ESTAS puts the spotlight on their efforts.”
