Best Estate Agency Supplier Innovations 2021 - Entries are open!

We are delighted to have been asked once again by Property Academy, producers of EA Masters to scour the world of property for the best ideas and solutions that are helping agents be the best they can be – especially given the current climate that we all find ourselves in.

Last year, we unveiled the Top 40 Best Estate Agency Supplier Innovations at the 2020 EA Masters. And this list was further broken down into Top 10's reflecting the four different streams at the EA Masters: 2X Profit, Leadership, Marketing and Masterclass. This year, we are inviting you to put forward your best submissions and tell us if your business is doing something new, innovative, and inspiring for estate agents by close of play Monday 5th July 2021.

Throughout the EA Masters 6 month programme, Kerfuffle will reveal the Top 40 Products broken down into 4 x Top 10’s during the virtual conferences in July, August, September, and October. The overall best innovation will be announced, in person at EA Masters, in London on 3rd November. To find out how to get your ticket go to eamasters.co.uk.


How to enter: 

This year, we have simplified the process, we will be rating you on your individual products rather than categorising your innovation into streams. Complete this form or reply to this VideoASk and explain in more than 200 words what your new innovation is and how it benefits estate and/or lettings agents. It just needs to be relatively new, innovative and have a demonstrable benefit. If you have any stats, case studies or testimonials that reinforce the innovation then please send any supporting information. That doesn’t have to be within the 200 word limit. We may follow up with you after receiving your entry should we have any questions or need further clarity on anything.


This is an incredible opportunity for you to stand out to a national audience of estate agents absolutely free of charge so don’t miss out.

We will, of course, be profiling these on the Kerfuffle website to give further exposure and it will give us terrific knowledge to share with agents when we are helping them solve their business challenges in our popular Supplier MOT sessions.

    There was some great ideas last year. Suppliers, make sure you don't miss out getting them over to us and agents if you think your supplier has got something worthy of attention give them a nudge
