Homeflow and Relocation Agent Network partner to streamline out-of-area referrals for estate agents

Homeflow and Relocation Agent Network partner to streamline out-of-area referrals for estate agents
Homeflow and the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) have announced a new partnership to launch Homeflow Referrals, a one-click referral system designed to help estate agents securely pass on out-of-area enquiries and earn referral income.

The partnership combines Homeflow’s Lead Manager technology with RAN’s established, invitation-only network of trusted independent agents. Together, the two organisations aim to remove friction from the referral process while ensuring vendors are introduced to reputable local experts.

Built into Homeflow’s Lead Manager software, Homeflow Referrals enables agents to instantly refer vendor enquiries outside their local area to a nearby RAN member. If the receiving agent sells the property, the referring agent earns a share of the fee — creating a structured, transparent route to monetising enquiries that agents cannot service themselves.

For RAN members, the integration formalises and simplifies referral activity across the network, reducing manual admin and improving consistency. For non-members, it provides access to RAN’s vetted agent community, ensuring referrals are handled professionally and in the client’s best interests.

Lead Manager already helps agents qualify leads, identify high-priority valuation opportunities, and automate follow-ups. The addition of Homeflow Referrals extends this functionality by embedding RAN’s referral network directly into the workflow agents already use, turning out-of-area enquiries into a reliable income opportunity.

“Out-of-area enquiries are very often a missed opportunity for most agents,” said Nik Chotai, MD at Homeflow. “By making referrals a one-click process and opening it up to all agents, using free software, we’ll help more agents create new income from leads that would otherwise go to waste.”

Mark Ellison, Co-Founder and Director of Sparks Ellison, a Relocation Agent and Advisory Committee member, comments:

The improvement to the Relocation Agent Network referral process has been equally impactful. What was previously a time-consuming task, manually entering client details into the RAN platform and locating the appropriate agent, has now been reduced to a single click. Homeflow automatically imports the client’s information, identifies the correct agent, and even provides a high-quality script to support the referral conversation.

Simon Whale, CEO at Relocation Agent Network added: “This partnership combines RAN’s trusted network with Homeflow’s technology to make referring business faster, easier and more transparent. It’s a practical way to improve the experience for clients moving between areas, and of course for agents to earn some extra income.”

Homeflow Referrals is available now within the free version of Lead Manager.
