Landmark Information Group and Greenhouse OS partner to streamline Anti-Money Laundering compliance for estate agents

Landmark Estate Agency Services, part of Landmark Information Group, the UK’s largest source of land and property data, today announces a new partnership with Greenhouse OS, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform built specifically for estate agents. By embedding Landmark’s trusted data services, Greenhouse OS will expand its capabilities to enable estate agents to deliver faster, more reliable transactions with less exposure to risk.

The partnership will allow estate agents to order Landmark’s digital Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks directly from their Greenhouse OS CRM, reducing administrative burden and ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations. This builds on Landmark’s growing track record of successful CRM integrations delivered via its API, demonstrating the demand and value of embedded compliance services.

Estate agents will now be able to carry out checks in minutes, eliminating the need for manual processes and paper-based ID verification. The results are stored securely within the CRM, providing a clear audit trail and enabling staff to track outstanding AML actions with ease.

Compliance standards are always top of mind for agents; the integration gives agents confidence that they are meeting their responsibilities quickly, accurately, and transparently.

The key benefits of the Landmark–Greenhouse OS integration include:

  • Seamless onboarding – order AML checks directly within Greenhouse OS with no need to log into separate systems.
  • Reduced risk – eliminate reliance on paper ID and manual checks that are vulnerable to forgery and oversight.
  • Full compliance – ensure checks cover sanctions lists, politically exposed persons, and HMRC regulatory requirements.
  • Efficiency gains – free up staff time to focus on generating business and serving clients.

Ben Robinson, Managing Director, Landmark Estate Agency Services, said:

“Our partnership with Greenhouse OS marks a significant step in simplifying compliance for estate agents. By embedding LandmarkAgent’s AML API directly into day-to-day workflows, we’re giving agents the tools to meet regulatory requirements with confidence while freeing up more time to serve their clients. As part of our vision for improving collaboration across the market through LandmarkConnect, this integration is about raising standards, reducing risk, improving efficiency, and creating a more seamless property transaction journey for everyone involved.”

This partnership demonstrates another tangible step towards achieving the goals of Project 28 – the industry Charter committed to achieving faster, more certain property transactions.

Alex Rhodes, CEO, Greenhouse OS, said:

“Our partnership with Landmark Estate Agency Services is another huge leap in offering Greenhouse OS customers additional functionality without having to leave the Greenhouse operating system. Landmark Estate Agency Services offer us a reliable, trustworthy system for streamlining anti-money laundering compliance checks, a high priority for all agents.”
