OpenBrix pledges its support for estate agents during lockdown

In previous lockdowns, we have seen terrific support from suppliers for the estate agency community. With lockdown 3.0 now underway and uncertain times ahead, OpenBrix has stepped up to the mark to help agents boost their online exposure and revenue streams via their property portal.

Adam Piggot, CEO at OpenBrix commented "Whilst the market remains open, we recognise these are uncertain times and are pleased to able to help support agents by introducing a number of key benefits.

Throughout lockdown, OpenBrix will offer the following benefits to agents:

(1) It is free for estate agents to list properties on the OpenBrix property portal until the pandemic is over. For new clients, OpenBrix will work closely with their CRM providers to help to get property portfolios online as quickly as possible.

(2) By listing properties on OpenBrix, estate agents can tap into additional revenue streams through sales commission generated from their consumer marketplace. OpenBrix partners with a number of businesses including telcos, utilities, broadband and finance providers, and by end consumers signing up to these services estate agents can generate commission.

Adam continued: “The ongoing restrictions brought about by the current pandemic have reshuffled the deck where the property market is concerned and we are here to help, we can help agents by ensuring maximum views of their property listings at no extra cost, plus they even have the opportunity to tap into additional income through our partnerships."
