The platform also tracks real-time communication performance, ensuring estate agents can choose conveyancers who align with their service expectations. This innovation has already delivered a 23% reduction in queries for conveyancers, saving them three hours per day per client and improving overall transaction efficiency.
Smoove's recognition by the judges highlights its potential to drive lasting improvements in the industry. This accolade follows a year of strong growth in 2024 and signals continued momentum as Smoove works alongside PEXA to enhance its solutions for the property market.
