Vouch has fully integrated with Goodlord to deliver a seamless lettings experience to agents and tenants

Vouch, a referencing company designed and built by letting agents for letting agents, has now fully integrated with Goodlord, the UK’s fastest growing lettings technology and services platform, to bring agents and tenants a complete end-to-end digital lettings journey.

The integration means that Goodlord customers can benefit from Vouch's fixed-cost hybrid and fully automated referencing solution from £5 per reference, saving agents time without the need for outsourcing, as well as providing access to new commission-based revenue streams and to more referencing choice. Vouch has won plaudits for its platform and has a strong customer base across the country.

The integration also gives any agent using Vouch's referencing services access to all the benefits of Goodlord's platform, to help them save time and stay compliant while moving quickly through the remaining lettings steps online.

All integrated agent customers and their tenants will experience a seamless pre-tenancy journey, including sending the offer letter, signing the contract, taking deposit payments, and distributing legislative documents, as well as referencing tenants through Vouch. The integration also allows Vouch customers to offer Goodlord's award-winning Rent Protection and Legal Expenses Insurance to their landlords.

Vouch joined the Goodlord family in July 2020, under the umbrella of the Goodlord group. The group aimed to offer its combined 2,500+ clients throughout the UK a wider choice of software offerings and access to a sector-leading end-to-end platform - which this integration has now achieved.

Simon Tillyer, MD of Vouch says:
"Through ongoing discussions and feedback from our existing customers, we knew many wanted more than just a great referencing solution. This integration with the Goodlord platform allows agents to benefit from a completely streamlined lettings process and their award-winning Rent Protection Insurance. Joining the Goodlord Group has been highly beneficial to the Vouch team and our customers. We once considered building the additional services Goodlord offers into our offering at Vouch, but quickly realised that it's better to team up with the best instead of trying to compete against them."

William Reeve, CEO at Goodlord says:
"This integration was driven by the desire to offer agents more flexibility and choice for their referencing strategy. Vouch’s £5 offering is very popular, and now its customers can bring it with them when they join Goodlord's award-winning tenancy progression platform. The lowest prices plus the best end-to-end experience and the good night’s sleep you get knowing you’ve got Goodlord’s experts on your side - all this and more is now available in one integrated experience.”
