Rayner Personnel was established in 2012 by our CEO Joshua Rayner to present a personal recruitment service to the property industry. We know that the right people, not just with the right skills but aligned with their organisation’s culture, can make the difference between good performance and great performance. That’s why, everyday companies across the UK furiously attract, engage and retain high performing talent.
Since then, we have continued to develop and improve the way in which we can best service both our candidates and our clients. In July 2015, we launched our franchise model in an aim to cover roles across the whole of the UK. We now have 9 franchisees in the business covering 13 areas. In addition to this, we launched our self-employed associate model in January 2016, which allowed us to grow the areas we were already servicing, but also build teams across the remainder of the UK. We now have dedicated regional teams covering the entirety of England, and plan to continue to grow our family more.
