Track record

1980 to 1983 – Simon was a Conservative Party Agent between 1980 and 1983. He then went on to have a career in estate agency, starting out as a trainee negotiator in 1983 at Ekins, Dilley and Handley which was subsequently acquired by Prudential, and then Woolwich. Simon worked his way up through the ranks to become an Area Director.

In 1991 he became a partner at Thomas Morris Sales & Lettings and sold the business to LSL in 2015. He is now the Managing Director at Thomas Morris.
